The Functional Adult Reality Check
A Parenting Dirty Developmental Assessment.
Most parents don't need another parenting tip. They need clarity.
The Functional Adult Reality Check helps parents identify what is already developing in their child, where growth may still be happening, and how their leadership may be influencing that process.
This is not a scorecard.
It is a conversation starter between reality and possibility.
Why I Created This
Over the years, I noticed something surprising. Most parents weren't struggling because they lacked love.
They were struggling because they lacked clarity.
They didn't know whether what they were experiencing was normal.
They didn't know what skill was actually being developed.
They didn't know where to focus first.
The Functional Adult Reality Check was created to help parents pause, reflect, and better understand what may be happening underneath the surface.
Not to judge, but to create awareness.
Because awareness creates options, and options create possibility.
Parenting is Part of the Assessment Too
Most parenting assessments focus entirely on the child. This one doesn't, because children develop within relationships.
Throughout the Functional Adult Reality Check, you'll also encounter Parent Leadership Reflection questions designed to help you consider:

• What you may be modeling
• What opportunities you're creating
• How your leadership evolves across development
• Where growth may be happening for you as well
Because parenting is not the management of childhood.
It is the leadership of human development.
What Parents Often Discover

What Happens After the Assessment?
The goal is not to complete an assessment.
The goal is to gain awareness.
Once you understand where growth may be happening, you can begin moving forward with more clarity and confidence.
