Weekly Parent Leadership Calls
Real Parenting Situations. Developmental Insight. Practical Next Steps.
Parenting is full of moments that leave us wondering:
"Am I handling this right?"
"Why does this keep happening?"
"What am I missing?"
The Weekly Parent Leadership Calls are a space to slow down, look deeper, and explore real parenting situations through a developmental leadership lens.
Because sometimes what we need most isn't another parenting tip.
It's a different way of seeing the situation.
This Isn't A Traditional Parenting Q&A.
Most parenting support focuses on finding answers. These calls focus on building understanding. Each week we explore real parenting situations submitted by parents in the community.
Together, we look beyond behavior and ask:
• What might be developing?
• What skill may be missing?
• What leadership is needed right now?
• What possibilities haven't been considered yet?
The goal isn't to create one perfect answer. The goal is to create better questions, deeper understanding, and more intentional leadership.
"We don't just ask what to do. We ask what may be happening underneath."
How the Calls Work

You Don't Have To Participate To Benefit.
Many parents join simply to listen, and often discover that someone else's situation helps them see their own more clearly.
You may arrive thinking: "I don't even know what question to ask."
That's okay. Listening, learning, and reflecting are valuable forms of participation too. Every call is designed to create insight for the entire group—not only the parent who submitted the situation.
"Sometimes the situation that changes your thinking isn't your own."

Who These Calls Are For

What Parents Often Discover

Parenting Can Feel Isolating - It Doesn't Have To.

Parenting is one of the most important leadership roles many of us will ever have. It can also be one of the loneliest. The Weekly Parent Leadership Calls create a space where parents can learn, reflect, ask questions, and grow alongside others who are committed to raising functional adults.
Because growth happens faster when we stop trying to figure everything out by ourselves.
